Position
- Reports to the Vice-President Finance and Administration.
- Supervises 8 to 10 of which a Consolidation Manager,
a Treasury Manager and a Corporate controller.

Responsibilities
- Financial and accounting management: implement financial
and accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage the overall financial operations, budgetary
process, prepare and coordinate the annual internal audit process, closely
follow the internal controls process.
- Risk and cash management: quality control of the planning
systems.
- Short and long term cash management, recommend investment
and financing strategies.
- Negotiate and set-up the necessary credit lines for
the different real estate holdings and projects.
- Develop and recommend risk management strategies.
- Recommend and control different financing strategies
for the real estate holdings and projects.
- Analyze the debt structure of the real estate portfolio.
- Actively involved in the development of the taxation
structure in determining foreign investments, develop and implement
financial and accounting controls.
- Supervises the preparation of tax declarations.
- Overall management of human and material resources
(performance evaluations, supervise external consultants, IS needs and
requirements for the department, etc.
Profile
- Perfectly bilingual.
- CA a must.
- Not necessarily from the real estate industry but must
have a strong background in finance and auditing.
- Strong computer skills.
