Position
- Reports to the President.
- Supervises 20 to 25 resources of which 4 are Group
Controllers.

Responsibilities
- Financial and accounting management of the Group, including
general accounting activities, administration, financial planning, budgetary
control, the development and maintenance of information systems, taxation
and treasury management.
- Direct involvement in specific assignments such as
the direction of the annual budget production, periodic and annual financial
results, the production of financial information as relevant to an increase
in profitability, the financial impact of strategic decisions taken
by Management.
- To see to the protection of assets
by insuring proper internal controls, by the negotiation of agreements
with different Partners and finally, to ensure the leadership, the hiring,
the direction, training and motivation of the Finance and Administration
team.
- Priorities
- Actively participate in the reorganization
of financial services to better respond to the organizations
needs;
- Implement corporate strategies and contribute
to the Companys growth as a Member of the Management Team.
Profile
- Perfectly bilingual.
- C.A. 20 years experience acquired in the Services
industry (ideally multi products with complex organizational structures)
and who presently holds a senior position within a similar company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, structured,
with a high level of flexibility and leadership, able to adapt quickly
to the frequent industry changes.
