Position
- Reports to the General Manager.
Organization
- The market leader in the North American foodservice
distribution industry.
- The company, supported by more than 47,400 employees,
distributes from 152 locations across North America to more than 420,000
restaurants, hotel, motels, schools, colleges, cruise ships, summer
camps, sport stadiums, theme parks and other foodservice locations.
- In Quebec, the Company employs approximately 200 employees
and has revenues of more than 200M.
Responsibilities:
- The growth of the company’s market share.
- Introduce a more pro-active company culture.
- Introduce a more disciplined pricing structure.
- Build, motivate and encourage talent.
- Approximately 30 direct reports (2 District Sales Managers
and 28 Sales Representatives).
Profile:
- A seasoned sales executive with more than 10 years’
experience in the food service industry (manufacturer and/or distributor).
- A proven track record of ever-increasing sales and
well as maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Must be dynamic, creative, detail-oriented, have strong
problem-solving skills as well as be capable of managing several projects
simultaneously.
- Results and client oriented, autonomous, must have
strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Bilingual.
