Responsibilities
- Manage the operations in Montreal and develop and introduce
programs on the Canadian scene: loyalty and membership programs.
- Directly responsible for the sale of retail programs
in Canada and the development of the strategic marketing and sales plans
to meet the targeted objectives.
- Increase sales and the profitability of the loyalty
rewards sector.
- Accountable for the overall financial performance:
drive business gains while preserving the existing customer base and
enhancing the margin structure.
- Provide dynamic leadership and overall direction to
the senior management team, foster open communication and teamwork implementing
high levels of accountability.
- Set corporate vision and culture.
- Some traveling.
Profile
- Bilingual.
- Strong general management skills with a marked experience
in marketing and sales while emphasizing marketing abilities.
