Responsibilities
- Integration of the telephone system to the help desk,
assume the leadership of project that targets the architectural re-integration
of the main systems (6-year project) as well as the Internet development.
- System architecture, software packages procurement
and the management of the help desks.
- Reduce the number of external Consultants.
- Budget management (more than $3M).
- Management of several projects.
Profile
- Perfectly bilingual.
- University degree in an appropriate discipline with
at least 10 years experience in project management and to have
supervised senior Managers.
- Has demonstrated a high level of flexibility, able
to adapt to the constant industry and equipment changes, good communicator,
strong team building skills and leadership.
