Position

  • Reports to the President
  • Direct reports: 100 to 150 employees in logistics, design and production.

  • Design, manufacturing, finishing and shipping of products to a worldwide clientele.
  • Revenues of 50M, 250 employees, public company.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Production planning.
  • Overall quality of the finished products.
  • Procurement.
  • Overall efficiency and productivity of the plant.
  • Quality assurance programs
  • After-sales service.
  • Conformity to governmental norms: municipal, state/provincial and federal, etc.
  • Logistics and transport

Profile

  • Bilingual.
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering with, ideally, a specialty in production management.
  • Approximately 15 years experience of which 5 are at a managerial level in a manufacturing environment.
