Responsibilities

  • Manage the real estate portfolio of the company.
  • International stocks.
  • Heavily involved on the international scene and will therefore travel frequently.
  • Priorities:
    • Manage the short vs. long term but looking for returns.
    • Manage the economical aspect of the Department: forecasting, risk management, due diligence, market intelligence and the preparation of forecasting documents.

Profile

  • Perfectly bilingual.
  • CFA with 10 years’ experience in capital venture with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in fund management.
  • Has done the management of investment funds but not necessarily in real estate.
  • Exposure to international portfolio management. Due diligence, macro-economics, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen, can sell his/her ideas to Management, can resist peer pressure. Proven initiative, anticipates problematic situations and brings forth solutions.
