Position

  • Reports to the Vice-President, Engineering & Corporate Services.
  • Three direct reports: 2 senior Consultants, Operations & Procurement and a Consultant, Procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Consultant and offer his expertise on all human resources management issues for the Group.
  • Conceive and develop human resources strategies in line with Corporate objectives.
  • Expertise in change management, organizational development, performance evaluations, succession planning, daily coaching.
  • Management and development of his team.

Profile

  • Bilingual.
  • University degree in a related field with 10 to 15 years’ experience as a Generalist.
  • Experience acquired in a large international multi-site company.
  • Proven management skills, works well with all levels of the Company.
  • Excellent operating skills in a complex and ever-changing environment.
  • Autonomous, confident, resourceful, hardworking, flexible and open-minded.
