Position

- Three direct reports: 2 senior Consultants, Operations
& Procurement and a Consultant, Procurement.

- Production sites in North America and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Consultant and offer his expertise on all
human resources management issues for the Group.
- Conceive and develop human resources strategies in
line with Corporate objectives.
- Expertise in change management, organizational development,
performance evaluations, succession planning, daily coaching.
- Management and development of his team.
Profile
- Bilingual.
- University degree in a related field with 10 to 15
years experience as a Generalist.
- Experience acquired in a large international multi-site
company.
- Proven management skills, works well with all levels
of the Company.
- Excellent operating skills in a complex and ever-changing
environment.
- Autonomous, confident, resourceful, hardworking, flexible
and open-minded.
