Position
- Reports to the Vice-President, Finance and Administration.
Organization
- The industry leader in North America for the production
and distribution of consumer goods (equipment and parts: may sell a
million 1$ parts, etc.).
- Sales of approximately 200M in Canada.
- Head office located in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Support all sales activities of the Company.
- Insure that the billing, volume rebates and terms
of payments respect each client’s contract.
- The management of the Sales Representatives’
commissions.
- Optimize sales management activities that will increase
the overall efficiency of the Group.
- Build, motivate and encourage talent.
- Six direct reports, 14 indirect reports.
Profile:
- Bilingual.
- B. Comm. with at least 10 years’ experience
in Sales Management as well as the administration of contracts, information
and analysis pertaining to sales.
- Dynamic Project Manager with a solid experience in
management and sales support.
- Strategic and visionary Manager.
- A proven track record in sales management and well
as maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Must be dynamic, creative, detail-oriented, have strong
problem-solving skills as well as be capable of managing several projects
simultaneously.
- Results and client oriented, autonomous, must have
strong planning and prioritization skills.
