Position
- Reports to the Director of Operations.
Organization
- Offers a complete range of services in the planning
and organization of events (planning, management and logistics).
- Company founded in 1994.
- More than 20 employees working in 3 divisions: Programming
and Communications, Administration and Registrations, Business Development
and Production.
Responsibilities:
- The completion of all projects under his management
while respecting the established delays and budget of each project.
- Establish and maintain close client relationships.
- Supervision of full-time and contract employees.
Profile:
- University degree in Administration/Commerce.
- More than 6 years experience in a project management,
ideally acquired in the “Events” industry.
- Strong experience in the management of human resources.
- Working knowledge of MS Office 2000.
- Must be dynamic, creative, detail-oriented, have strong
problem-solving skills as well as be capable of managing several projects
simultaneously.
- Results and client oriented, autonomous, must have
strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Bilingual.
