Position
- Reports to the Vice-President, Policies, Compensation
and Benefits.
- Supervises 2 resources: a Consultant, Compensation
and Benefits and a Technician, Compensation and Benefits.

Company also offers house and car insurance to Alumni Groups, Professional
Associations, etc.
- Head office in Montreal with more than 1450 employees
across Canada.
- Ranked first in Quebec in affinity programs.
Responsibilities
- The update, the application and the control of compensation
programs via salary revisions, the study and comparison of regional
compensation structures, the incentive compensation program as well
as position descriptions and evaluations;
- The management of all the Benefits programs and their
operating costs as well as the pension fund management and its contractual
obligations including their development;
- The elaboration, the follow-up and execution of various
assignments, programs and human resources policies.
Profile
- Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken).
- B. Comm in either Human Resources or Industrial Relations
with a minimum of 8 years experience, with the last 5 in Compensation
and Benefits.
- Proven project and management skills.
- Organized, structured, discreet, you have demonstrated
a high level of flexibility and leadership and are able to adapt quickly
to the frequent industry changes.
- Strong computer skills.
