Position
- Reports to the President of the Foundation.
Organization
- Its mission is to support excellence in pediatric
care by contributing to the advancement of teaching and research activities
and by funding state-of-the-art medical and surgical equipment.
- Annual fundraising: 14M.
- 20 employees.
Responsibilities:
- The planning, organization and management of all activities
related to Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology.
- More specifically: budgets, the preparation of financial
and audit reports as well as purchasing.
- Treasury management.
- Member of the Investment and Audit Committees, the
Budget Committee of the Board as well as a Member of the Management
Committee.
Profile:
- Bilingual.
- Accounting designation with more than 10 years experience
in a not-for profit organization with a minimum of 5 years of management
experience.
- Autonomous, confident, resourceful, hardworking, flexible,
open-minded and a “team player”.
