Position

• Reports to the President of the Foundation.

Organization

• Its mission is to support excellence in pediatric care by contributing to the advancement of teaching and research activities and by funding state-of-the-art medical and surgical equipment.
• Annual fundraising: 14M.
• 20 employees.

Responsibilities:

• The planning, organization and management of all activities related to Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology.
• More specifically: budgets, the preparation of financial and audit reports as well as purchasing.
• Treasury management.
• Member of the Investment and Audit Committees, the Budget Committee of the Board as well as a Member of the Management Committee.

Profile:

• Bilingual.
• Accounting designation with more than 10 years experience in a not-for profit organization with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Autonomous, confident, resourceful, hardworking, flexible, open-minded and a “team player”.
