Position
- Reports to the President.
Organization
- Auto parts distributor and vehicle repair via a network
of franchises, certified service centres and repair shops across Quebec.
- Provides marketing programs for members of the automotive
industry in addition to detailing the full range of our products and
services.
- Private company with revenues of $60 million.
Responsibilities:
- The implementation of all financial, administrative
and IT processes necessary to ensure the continued growth of the company
(acquisitions, etc.).
- The creation and implementation of a long-term strategic
plan.
- More specifically: financial controls, management
systems, IT, business processes, treasury, human resources, maintain
good relationships with different professionals (bankers, lawyers, accountants,
etc.) and general administration.
- 15 to 20 direct reports.
Profile:
- CA or CMA.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience acquired in
the distribution and/or the retail industries with an emphasis on “earn
& turn”.
- Excellent management and leadership skills coupled
with an entrepreneurial “spirit”.
- Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken French and
English).
