Position

  • Reports to the CEO.

  • Founded 10 years ago.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the operations of the business units (the "Pre-Clinical Group" and the "Business Development Group").
  • Develop and market the firm outside and in addition to its present « core » products.
  • Work on international acquisitions while keeping the actual operations strong.
  • Establish a good working relationship with his peers and his team.

Profile:

  • An experienced business developer.
  • A background in the biotechnology industry or a similar environment.
  • A strong expertise in the financial and technical aspects of acquisitions and publicly traded companies.
  • An existing reputation and strong credibility in the financial and investor markets.
