Position
- Reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
- Six to 10 direct reports: Delivery Supervisors, Territory
Coordinators and Key Account Managers.
- New position.

500 distribution centres worldwide.Responsibilities
- Leads territory team to grow and develop territory
marketplace delivering business goals.
- Recommend overall territory development plans based
on territory and organization goals.
- Coach or train others on the processes, equipment certification
programs, safety standards, etc.
- Leverage knowledge of territory to maximize sales revenue
and productivity while reducing costs.
- Assist in development of "Consumer Delivery Agreements"
for retail accounts within territory.
- Create sales opportunities for new products and undeveloped
categories within territory.
- Balance customer demands with territory cost per unit
constraints to effectively manage territory operations.
- Set targets, keep score and drive accountability for
results.
- Create individual development plans for all directs
based on observations from workwiths and performance results.
- Provide regular feedback to directs enabling them to
meet their executional planner targets.
- Address gaps in performances in a timely and candid
manner.
- Proactively uses problem solving to remove barriers
to achieving sales results for directs.
- Increase performance through compliance with territory
processes.
- Build selling skills & capability of team members.
Profile
- Perfectly bilingual.
- University degree with a minimum of 6 years experience
in consumer products sales and account management, ideally in the food
and/or beverage industries.
- Energetic, team leader, mentor and motivator.
- Demonstrated "Front Line" supervisory skills.
- Account Management growth and development skills.
- Ability to work with "Front Line" and "Sales
Supervisory" groups.
- Direct Store Delivery and consumer packaging a definite
asset.
- Demonstrated capability and success in sustaining,
achieving or exceeding productivity and cost management targets as well
as Volume and Net Revenue targets.
- Demonstrated capability in keeping front line positions
consistently fully staffed.
